1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using seeMYtree, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately delete the app.
2. Camera & Media Usage

Permissions: The app requires access to your device camera and photo library to capture photos and videos.

Storage: Media is processed locally on your device or uploaded securely only when you initiate a social share or custom print order.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Social Sharing

Local Law Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any photo or video captured, printed, or shared via the app complies with all applicable local and international laws regarding digital material.

External Social Networks: Media shared to third-party social media platforms is instantly subject to the hosting platform's terms, content moderation rules, and legal jurisdiction.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any print order submitted via Shopify if the uploaded material violates the manufacturing guidelines or legal policies of our printing distributor, Gelato.
4. Print Orders and E-Commerce via Shopify & Gelato

The Storefront: Physical merchandise and custom prints are processed through the SeeMyTree Shopify Store.

Fulfillment: Print orders are automatically routed to and produced by Gelato local printing distributors.

Order Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for the quality, framing, and resolution of the photo or video frame you submit for printing.

Local Delivery: Shipping times and local delivery carrier options depend heavily on the Gelato printing facility nearest to your destination.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled securely via the SeeMyTree Shopify checkout system.

Cancellations: Because print items are custom-made using your uploaded media, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once sent to production.

Damaged Goods: If a print arrives damaged from the local distributor, contact our support team within 14 days with photo proof of the shipping damage to request a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeMyTree and its partners (including Shopify and Gelato) shall not be liable for any lost media, shipping delays by local couriers, or print defects resulting from low-resolution user uploads.
